We are in a climate emergency, and once we acknowledge that, we naturally have to address this emergency accordingly.
Anyone who has a leadership role also has a responsibility to elaborate and create consensus around this.
That includes Geelong Council. When will our councillors step up to the greatest challenge of our time, just like Darebin City Council and a growing list of other councils actually are doing it? What are they waiting for?
